About the Position
The core responsibility involves developing, optimizing, validating, and applying LC-MS/MS and UHPLC-MS/MS methods for targeted steroid profiling. This includes analyzing glucocorticoids, classical and 11-oxygenated androgens, cortisol, cortisone, and their metabolites in human biological matrices and experimental models. The appointee will also be involved in sample preparation, analytical quality control, quantitative analysis, and interpreting steroidomic data generated throughout the project.
