People in Need (PIN), an international non-governmental organization, is seeking a qualified external evaluator or evaluation team to conduct the final evaluation of its Leveraging and Expanding Agri-Aqua Production in Bangsamoro (LEAP) project. This assignment involves assessing the project's performance, funded by the European Union, which focuses on developing coffee and seaweed value chains in the Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi (BaSulTa) provinces of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
The evaluation aims to determine the extent to which the LEAP project achieved its objectives and results, identify what worked and why, and generate practical lessons and actionable recommendations for future value-chain programming in BARMM. The evaluator will work closely with PIN's project and MEAL teams, as well as consortium partners, to enhance the impact of future interventions.
