About the Position
The intern will support the Face-to-Face service in implementing its donor recruitment strategy. Key responsibilities include prospecting private sites for fundraising missions, optimizing existing prospecting and tracking tools, engaging with face-to-face teams through formal and informal meetings, and maintaining a WhatsApp community. The intern will also conduct active monitoring of innovative face-to-face fundraising techniques in France and internationally, track team training status, update training documents, assist with donor inquiries, and help organize the annual face-to-face event and team-building activities. Additionally, the role involves operational support for missions, such as rethinking campaign scenographies, assisting with team travel bookings, and managing logistical tracking.
Eligibility
- Bac + 3 or higher in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, or Political Science
- Rigorous, organized, autonomous, versatile, and proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest and confirmed usage of artificial intelligence tools
- Strong sensitivity to the mission of Médecins Sans Frontières
- Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage)
