About the Position
The intern will participate in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of online and offline marketing campaigns (mailings, emailings, TV, telemarketing). Key activities include operational follow-up of campaigns, managing communications for testators, collecting information for content creation, assisting with service events, and budget tracking. The role also involves supporting daily donor inquiries, sending information, making validation calls, and helping prepare donor meetings. Furthermore, the intern will actively manage the CRM, create and update donor records, contribute to data cleaning, identify CRM improvements, update dashboards, and assist in process and tool enhancements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Fluent in both spoken and written French and English

Benefits
